This is an application for membership in a patriotic non-profit organization of military and veterans non-profit organizations, individuals, business and government entities.

No substantial part of the activities of the organization shall be the carrying out of propaganda or otherwise attempting to influence legislation and the organization shall not participate in any political campaign on behalf of any candidate for public office, including publishing or distributing statements. The Annual Meeting of the Membership and election of directors shall be held in July.

MEMBERSHIP CLASSIFICATION AND ANNUAL DUE SCHEDULE: Each application shall have one named individual as member. Dues are payable for the period July 1 through June 30 (non-prorated).
